What is the return policy?

If you are not satisfied with C4eb’s purchase, you can return your item(custom promotional items) within 90 days after purchase for a refund or exchange.

We are happy to provide you with a cash refund within 30 days. For undamaged items that can be resold, return or exchange is acceptable. Marked sales items and personalized carvings are final sales and cannot be returned. For undamaged items that can be resold (excluding final sales items, display items and commercial supplies), return or exchange is accepted. Please contact customer service to start your return and get a FREE prepaid return shipping label. Customer service will be happy to help you! She will provide you with prepaid return shipping labels to make it fast and convenient.

Please keep in mind when returning or exchanging an item:

  • The goods must be returned in the original packaging with the original purchase certificate. This may include a copy of your packing list, order confirmation email, or return confirmation email.

How do I return a product?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned goods at the distribution center, we will be happy to process your refund.
